Vericy, Limited Liability Company, hereinafter referred as ("We, Our, Us, Service Provider'') which operates the website located at https://www.vericy.ai and other websites (collectively, the “Website”) and related online services, including any other products and services that Company may provide now or in the future (collectively, the “Services” “Products”). The following Terms of Acceptable Use Policy act as binding legal contract between you (“you” and “your”) and Service Provider regarding your use of the Services. All services rendered by Our company are for lawful purposes only. 2. interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service, Engaging in any form of denial of service (DOS) attack from our servers or targeting Us with a DOS attack is strictly prohibited. Accounts found misusing resources without rectifying the activity may be deactivated immediately without a refund.

To provide further clarity, the subsequent list enumerates illustrative examples of activities and content that are strictly prohibited, We strictly prohibit engaging in the following activities associate content:

Furthermore, websites that promote illegal activities or contain links to other websites promoting illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

5. Human Trafficking and Prostitution: The promotion or advocacy of human trafficking, as well as the promotion of prostitution or escort services, is expressly prohibited.

6. Child Exploitation: Any website discovered server usage for child pornography, linking to child pornography, or containing exploitative content will face immediate suspension without prior notice or warning.

7. Adult Materials: This includes all forms of pornography, erotic images, or lewd content, with the determination of "adult material" left entirely to the discretion of OA Assistance.

8. Illegal Material: Encompassing copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of regulations or perceived to be misleading.

10. Games: Any form of games on our servers is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be in violation of this policy will be terminated immediately.

Lastly, the use of IRC, which includes hosting an IRC server linked to another IRC network or server, or any connection to an IRC network, is prohibited. Servers or virtual accounts found to be connected to or a part of these networks will be promptly removed from our network without prior notice. Reconnection to the network is conditional upon the complete removal of all traces of the IRC server and granting access for confirmation of its removal.
